Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Scrypto website at scrypto.co.uk, the Scrypto mobile application and any related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Scrypto LTD ("Scrypto", "we", "us", "our"). By using the Service or purchasing a product from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Scrypto provides AI-assisted handwriting analysis reports based on graphology. You upload a handwriting sample and a small amount of context (age range, gender, dominant hand) and we generate a personality-oriented report.

Reports are provided for entertainment and informational purposes only. They are not psychological, medical, legal, financial or professional advice and should not be used as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

3. Purchases & billing

Web one-time purchases. Web purchases are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Limited ("Paddle"), Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom. Paddle is the seller of record and is responsible for charging taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) where applicable and for issuing your invoice/receipt. By completing a purchase, you also agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

Mobile subscriptions. Subscriptions purchased through the iOS App Store or Google Play are governed by the billing terms of the respective store. You can manage or cancel them from your device's store settings.

Prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Final price and any taxes are shown at checkout before you confirm the payment.

4. Delivery

Digital reports are delivered immediately after a successful payment, on the same browser session and/or via the email address you provided. If you don't receive your report within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@scrypto.co.uk.

5. Refunds

Our refund terms are explained in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

  • Upload handwriting samples you have no right to share, or samples containing third-party personal data without consent;
  • Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, defamatory or fraudulent purposes;
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service or its underlying infrastructure;
  • Resell, redistribute or commercially exploit our reports without our written permission.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks, is owned by Scrypto LTD or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service and the reports for your personal, non-commercial use.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that reports will be free from inaccuracies.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scrypto LTD will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could harm us, our users or third parties. You may stop using the Service at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
